The individuals, owner and the business do not provide consultancy, advisory, strategic, technical, commercial or implementation services within this market. Any enquiries or requests for consultancy services concerning the European domestic data centre market will be declined in accordance with these trading restrictions.
This restriction applies to all direct and indirect consultancy engagements and remains in effect for the duration of the applicable trading restriction. This trading restriction ceases to be in effect from September 2027.
